We take bookings for 10+ guests Friday – Saturday. Please note, we do not take any bookings past 9pm.

The easiest way to make a booking enquiry is through our booking form here.

We ask for your card details at the time of enquiry to authenticate £10pp to secure your booking. This isn’t a payment or charge, but should you not show or give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the amount may be claimed.

Payments can be made via card link or for corporate events via BACS. BACS payments must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of your Event date. Please note that we now operate cashless venues.

If you book a Beer Pong table; full payment is required to secure your booking.

You may cancel your booking at any time within the Cancellation Window by contacting our reservations team.

Table for Drinks – up to 24 hours prior to Event.
Beer Pong – up to 48 hours prior to Event.
Private hire, Christmas, and bookings of over 15 guests– 28 days prior to Event.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days, though are typically quicker than this. Please do not contact us until this period has passed. We can only refund the original method of payment.

A cancellation after the Cancellation Window, or if you do not show for your booking, will result in your deposit being forfeited or your card being charged £10 per guest.

Yes, The Walrus is available to book for private and corporate events. There is no hire fee, just a minimum spend, which would vary depending on which date you book for. Please palace an enquiry on our website & a member of our team will get in touch with you.

No, we have 4 beer pong tables & we leave at least one table free for walk-ins. If you would like to guarantee a table you can book one up until 9pm, after this they are all walk-in only.

Payment for your drinks are required when booking.

Our venue operates a smart casual dress code. Please no gym wear, Football Shirts, Joggers or Tracksuits, No sportswear or Stone Island.

Fancy dress is welcome, but nothing offensive.

Of course, you can bring your own decorations, however we can’t store these before or after your booking. We only ask that you don’t bring table confetti as it stains the tables & that you are mindful not to damage our fixtures, fittings and furnishings.

The Walrus is strictly 18+.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, ID may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry

The Walrus is a basement bar, and regrettably we do not have wheelchair access.

We are cashless and can only accept card payments.
For private corporate functions, we also accept BACS.

The Walrus is a drinks only venue, we do not have catering facilities.

We can only process refunds using the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Gift vouchers can be purchased from the bookings team and are valid for one year from date purchased. This is a physical voucher, you would need to collect this in person.
